Returns & Refunds
At Crunchy Commerce, we're committed to ensuring your satisfaction. We're pleased to offer a full refund for returned items that meet specific criteria. These items should be in their original, unworn, and undamaged condition, with all labels intact. Please refrain from washing or making any alterations. Each returned item will be carefully assessed.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product is received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no more than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
Until the items reach us, they are your responsibility. Taking care to pack them securely will help prevent any potential damage during transit. Additionally, obtaining a shipping receipt at the parcel point is recommended for easy tracking. The return information is included in the shipped product for your convenience.

We aim to process your refund within 14 days upon receipt of your returned shipment. Upon completion of the refund, you will receive a confirmation email, and the funds will be deposited into your account within 3 business days.
